I would say that I am a very active person. I enjoy going sailing and playing golf although I am yet to play a single game without losing any balls. I have been sailing for a few years now and have on occasion popped over to Bristol via the channel. I am also a bit of a gamer and thoroughly enjoy the assassin’s creed games along with the Batman Arkham series. The latest game I have myself hooked on is Kerbal Space Program. I have always had an interest in technology and gadgets so it was a natural progression for me to get in to web development. I also enjoy fixing computers (as long as it isn’t my own).
Part time work with Derek Naylor photography and Ifoto Events. Working as sale’s assistant and assistant photographer. Projects worked on include: summer balls, weddings, horse shows and Pr events. This job has provided me a lot of skills due to the range of positions I have been involved in and the amount of time I have spent here. As of November 2012 Derek Naylor has opened a studio/Gallery in Llantwit major. I continue to work there in my spare time dealing with customers along with providing support to Derek on events and photo shoots.

Working in sales mainly. Sales included face to face and over the phone. I also helped with running the store. I had input in business decisions. I was capable of running the shop on my own when necessary. This job has helped me to build on my sales ability and also my managerial skills. I was trusted with stock checking and then updating the owners on what was low and what would need to be ordered and if an order should be cancelled due to excess stock. I learnt to deal with returns and store credits when customers were not satisfied with the products.
I worked as a sales agent for the post office homephone and broadband contract. My role included selling the products to new and existing customers as well as dealing with upgrades for existing customers. I also occasionally dealt with unhappy customers and had to come to a resolution both the customer and the company were happy with by talking to the customer and listening to what they want and offering solutions. Like any job I have targets and quota’s to achieve. This has taught me how to achieve particular targets and how to improve my performance.
